webSURGE customers using its hosting facilities for their CRM solution can subscribe to receive notifications regarding upcoming maintenance of the hosting facilities which may impact their hosted CRM software. If you are a webSURGE hosted customer, you can request these hosting announcements.
Site status update notifications
webSURGE customers using out hosting facilities for their CRM solution can subscribe to be notified of any outages or loss of service in its hosted facilities and to clarify root cause and solution to these issues. If you are a webSURGE hosted customer, you can request these hosting updates.
Notifications from Customer Service
Proactive support and technical notifications
At times webSURGE Technologies customer service department notifies affected customers of means of optimizing product usage or potential product issues. Customers of webSURGE Technologies can opt-in to receive these service announcements.
New software release notifications
webSURGE Technologies customer service department notifies interested customers of new product release availability. Customers of webSURGE Technologies can opt-in to receive these service announcements.

When a technical contact requests that a site be upgraded, key support contacts in that organization will be notified of the upgrade, the creation of the test sites, and the upgrade schedule.

We do not collect your email address or contact information from this third party, and we do not have access to their mailing list. We also do not distribute your contact lists through a third party.

Depending on the nature of the third party mailing, we may, in order to comply with applicable laws, provide the third party with a suppression list of contacts to exclude from their list. The third party does not have permission to keep or market to this list, or to use it in any way other than as a suppression list for a mailing they are providing on behalf of webSURGE.
