and services. To report an abuse of our

As a client of
webSURGE, if you wish to participate in our
email marketing program, you must meet the
following criteria:
1) You must be a
valid business with a verifiable business
address, telephone number, email address and
contact person
2) You do not
sell illegal products or services
3) You agree to
contribute a valid contact list with
contacts who have agreed to receive emails
from you
4) You will
provide all hyperlink locations, ad copy and
graphics in digital format for approval
prior to your mailing
5) You will
immediately report a change in your
hyperlink or destination site copy
As
a provider of email marketing services,
webSURGE, LLC will assure the following:
1)
Your contacts and email addresses will not
be used for purposes other than this email
marketing program
2)
Your contacts and email addresses will not
be sold or given to anyone
3)
Your contacts and email addresses will not
be visible to any of the members or users of
this service
These terms are referred to by your service
agreement. They are subject to change, and
it is recommended that you come back to
review them often.
